His Orthopedic and Hand Surgery residency was completed at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago Illinois. Since then, he has served the Melbourne area since 1985 and completed a 5-year appointment to the Medicare Program Advisory and Oversight Committee after his appointment by President George W. Bush.
