Dr. Aleksander Pecherek, D.O. is a board-certified physician specializing in interventional pain management, physical medicine and rehabilitation, with advanced training in minimally invasive spine procedures and sports medicine. He completed a prestigious NASS-accredited fellowship at The Spine and Sports Center and Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Pecherek completed his residency and internship at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Pecherek is highly skilled in a broad range of fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided spine and joint procedures, including epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, and spinal cord stimulator implantation. His experience across leading hospital systems  including Northwestern Medicine, St. Mary’s Medical Center, and Global Neuro & Spine Institute reflects his commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Actively involved in research and innovation, Dr. Pecherek contributes to the SPIKE (Spinal Performance Implements Kinetic Efficiency) project, which explores advanced physical therapy methods to improve movement, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. He also serves as a Ringside Physician for the Florida Athletic Commission, applying his sports medicine expertise to performance optimization and injury prevention. Dr. Pecherek is also fluent in English and Polish, and professionally proficient in Spanish.
